Customer
The Customer agrees to comply with these and merchant-specific terms when purchasing products and services in the Helsingin Saaristoretket Internet Services.
Ordering
General
The prices presented in the online service are subject to VAT.
We apply dynamic pricing to accommodations. Prices depend on the time and vary from month to month, weekly and daily.
We sell products to adult individuals and corporate customers.
We are withering the right to price changes.
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
We reserves the right to change our terms of delivery. Before ordering, the customer must familiarise them with the terms of delivery in force at any time.
Booking terms and conditions
These terms and conditions apply to products and services that are rented and reserved. Collectively, these are referred to as 'the subject'.
Reservation
The Customer is responsible for reviewing the description and instructions of the reservation destination(s) as well as the terms and conditions related to the reservation.
The reservation made by the customer is binding when the order/payment confirmation has been sent to the email address provided by the customer.
The customer pays for the reservation according to the payment method of their choice, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the payment method.
The booking system sends an order/payment confirmation to the email address provided by the customer.
The merchant is not responsible for the failed booking, but the customer must contact the Merchant without delay to rectify the situation.
The merchant makes no guarantee that the object is still free in this situation.
If the property is not free, the money will be refunded or, if possible, another item will be offered.
Cancellations and changes
The cancellation date is the date on which the Merchant was informed of the cancellation.
Changes or cancellations to the reservation must be made either in writing (info@kuninkaansaari.fi) or by calling (tel. 040 764 9766). The customer must always cancel the reservation that does not intend to be used.
The Customer is responsible for the fact that the cancellation has been sent in sufficient time.
If the customer cancels their reservation,
when the reservation starts 7 days or more, the cancellation is free of charge.
when the reservation starts less than 7 days, the entire rental price is charged.
The entire rental price is always charged for the items booked with the discount code, regardless of the time of cancellation.
Merchant's right to cancel the reservation
In cases of force majeure, the Merchant may terminate the lease. The customer who rented the property will be notified of the termination without delay.
In this case, the customer has the right to receive full refund of the rent paid.
Any costs to the customer a result of the lease terminated due to the Force majeure barrier will not be reimbursed.
Keys
In the payment confirmation, instructions on the key and its retrieval are provided to the customer.
However, the owner has the right to charge at least EUR 50.00 in full for any lost or unresolved key.
The merchant has the right to charge compensation of at least EUR 50.00 if the merchant has to open the property due to a lost or left-inside key.
Use of the premises
The premises are defined in the subject description
During the rental period, you have access to the property and its equipment, as well as to specified services.
If the booker notices any deficiencies or other comments on the property, he or she shall promptly inform the person responsible for managing the reservations.
The customer takes care of the clean-up of the property and the transport of waste during and after the rental period.
The customer is responsible for the final cleaning of the property at the end of the reservation.
If the customer has not cleaned the property, the Merchant will fully invoice the costs of cleaning the property. Cleaning work 45,00 eur/h, travel time is counted as working time.
The item is available to the customer at the time specified in the subject description.
Pets
The booker is fully liable and liable for damages caused by his pets.
Pets must be kept tethered in the national park area.
Pets must not be alone in accommodation without supervision.
Pet owners should pay special attention to the cleanness of the accommodation. The accommodation is always checked after the pet and, if necessary, cleaned by the Merchant.
Allowing pets to stay at accommodation is always marked separately.
The owner of the pet must also follow any detailed instructions given separately.
Special conditions for rental equipment
The customer must familiarise themselves with the safety and operating instructions of the equipment. The equipment should only be used carefully for its intended normal use. The lessor undertakes to carry out a safety inspection during the rental period. Rental equipment may not be exported or re-rented. Rental equipment may only be used to the extent permitted by the terms and only at venues suitable for the user's skill level and competence. The customer always uses all equipment and equipment at their own risk.
In the case of watercraft (e.g. canoes, kayaks, SUP boards and rowing boats), the customer declares that he is swimming skills and has previous experience in the use of this instrument.
The customer must return the equipment immediately to the agreed location at the end of the rental period, cleaned and in the same condition as when it was transferred to the rental. The lessor must notify the lessor without delay if the refund is delayed. The lessor has the right to collect 15% increased rent for the exceeding period, unless otherwise agreed.
The Customer is liable to compensate the rental equipment for damages and costs caused by careless or incorrect handling and inadequate maintenance during the rental period. The customer is obligated to reimburse the new purchase value of the equipment destroyed or lost during the rental period. The customer is responsible for complying with transport, safety and other regulations. The Customer is obligated to notify the lessor immediately of any defects in the equipment.
The lessor is responsible for the repairs caused by the normal wear and maintenance of the equipment. The lessor shall not be liable for any indirect or direct costs or damages that may be incurred by the lessee as a result of the use or breakage of the equipment. The lessor does not undertake to provide a new device to replace the object of the broken rental, nor to reimburse the indirect or direct costs incurred in interrupting the work.
Compensation for damages
The Customer is liable to compensate the Merchant for any damages they have caused to the object. The booker is also liable for other visitors to the property and for any damage caused by them during booking.
The trader does not compensate the customer for any inconvenience or expense caused to the customer by natural conditions such as insects, animals, weather crime or unexpected weather changes.
Complaints
Any complaints shall always be made as soon as possible after the topic has become clear.
If a satisfactory solution is not reached or a claim for compensation is made, the complaint must be sent in writing within one month of the end of the rental period.
However, the merchant will endeavour to process the complaint as quickly as possible within a maximum of one month.
If the customer and the merchant took the agreement, the customer can refer the dispute to the Consumer Complaints Board.
Delivery terms
Conclusion of the agreement
A binding agreement on the transaction will enter into force once the order has been confirmed (order confirmation/payment confirmation).
The order confirmation/payment confirmation will be delivered to the customer by email.
Cancellation and return policy
The products have a 14-day return right under the Consumer Protection Act.
The right to return is valid only if the product is in the same condition as the original.
Any product packaging must also be marketable.

The right of return does not apply to engraved or other personalized products, accommodation services, restaurant services or other leisure services agreed for a specific date.
The Customer is responsible for the normal costs of the refund.
Product warranty
We comply with the warranty terms specified by the manufacturer or importer.
Delivery
Shipping costs include postage and packing costs. You can view shipping rates after selecting the payment and shipping method for the cart.
Payment terms
The merchant applies reliable and secure payment intermediaries to their services.
The merchant does not store bank connection or credit card information at any time.
The Customer agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of the payment method of their choice.
The payment intermediary for the online store is Visma Pay (Paybyway Oy, Business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment will be transferred via Visma Pay's online service and visma Pay or Paybyway Oy will be shown as the recipient of the payment by bank statement and invoice. Visma Pay forwards payments to the online retailer. Payment is safe, as all information about the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no third party can see the details of the payment transaction.
The transaction is created between the customer of the online store and the online store. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the store.

Payment methods
Through Visma Pay you can pay with online banking credentials, wallet, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice or installment. The following payment methods are available: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Local Cooperative Banks, S-Bank, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard cards, as well as Flexibility and Enterpay Invoice for the company.
MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online stores to be paid in the app settings. Payments made with a MobilePay wallet will be charged to the payment card attached to the wallet. If you fail to charge a payment to a payment card, it is not possible to pay with a MobilePay wallet in the online store.

Flexibility invoice and part payment is a domestic service with which you make your purchases quickly and safely. Flexibility is intended for individuals who have handled their financial business properly. With flexibility, you get 30 days of interest-free and free payment time. Once you receive the invoice, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in parts. With the installment you can pay for your purchases in up to 36 instalments, starting at 9,90 eur/month. The cost of the flexibility part payment is EUR 3.90 per month and 19.90% credit rate. You can pay for purchases of 30-3000 euros with Jousto. Aurajoki Nordic Oy acts as the credit issuer. Paying by invoice
The invoice must be paid by the due date indicated on the invoice.
Late payment charges are always added to invoices paid after the due date. If the invoice has been paid after the due date with the original invoice and late payment costs have already been incurred, the charges will be invoiced separately.
If the payment transaction has not been successfully completed at the time of ordering, the Merchant will not process the order.
